1. At what time can we arrive (check-in) to the serviced apartment?

The check-in times are generally 4pm . Depending on the owner, these hours can be different.

2. What happens if I arrive late? If I arrive on a Sunday/bank holiday?

An extra fee may be requested for a late check-in if, after 6pm during the week, on Sunday or during bank holidays and depending on the apartment and the specific conditions of the owner. For further information, please contact our customer service department.

3. When do we get the keys? How do we check-in?

The check-in details are different depending on each owner. You will meet a Meridian Apartments Representative at the time of check-in to give you specific details.

4. When do we have to check-out of the serviced apartment?

The normal check-out time is 10am  (depending on the serviced apartments). An extra fee may be requested for an earlier or later check-out. You must request this information from our representative during the check-in.

5. What are the security deposit conditions?

Before or at the time of check-in at the apartment, you will have to pay the security deposit to the owner in order to safeguard the rental rules and obligations noted under 'terms and conditions'. If there is no damage in the apartment, the deposit will be refunded on your departure or 48 hours later. The security deposit amount is indicated in the description of each apartment. This amount can vary, depending on the length of your stay.

6. Will my serviced apartment have bed linen and towels?

Bed linen and towels are provided in all of our serviced apartments, at no extra charge.

Weekly maid service is also available for stays over a week at no extra charge.
